A partner remains involved from the first sketch. We set the programme, hold the budget, coordinate the site and keep the client informed, while the design and making stay inside the same studio, so continuity is kept from concept to completion.
From sketch to handover
We coordinate planning and heritage consent where needed, joinery lead times, site access and the construction programme — whether the project is a private house, a high-end development, or a residential or commercial interior. Cost control sits with the same team that is designing and building, so variations are seen early rather than at the end of the job.
